You've already started to feel the emotional intensity waning

EXT. WILLIAMSBURG BRIDGE – DAY

That man's haircut is bizarre.

Oh. He's bald and wearing a yarmulke.

INT. CHIPOTLE – DAY

"Why did we trek all the way out to Chelsea to eat at Chipotle?"
"Because this Chipotle is Chipotle's test kitchen. See? Brown rice."

"Everything is made in-house from scratch at this Chipotle. Thus: chunky salsa."

EXT. THE HIGH LINE – DAY

I like the idea of The High Line, but it is an incohesive mess.

When I used to travel to Vegas for CES, I would see children and think, "Why aren't you in school? Winter break is over!"

Similarly:

EXT. TIMES SQUARE – DAY

Why aren't you in school? It's after Labour Day! European children don't attend school in September?

Of course, children probably see me and think, "Why aren't you at work?"

INT. MTA SUBWAY 1 TRAIN – DAY

Whoa. That man's face is brown, but his feet are black. Gnarly gradient tan.

INT. WORLD FINANCIAL CENTER – DAY

The re-designed World Trade Center site reminds me of CityCenter on the Vegas Strip, both in look and feel. The sum of its parts is…very odd urban planning.

  1. Nobody in New York works or goes to school, it seems to me.

Also, the Chipotle test kitchen is a bit overrated I think. I enjoyed my meal, but I also haven't been back since. Not heads and tails above a normal Chipotle in my experience.
