John [on stage, discreetly]: Shit! I lost Booth! What do I do, Billy? Billy!
Holographic Joel passed out drunk. Gunshot. Chaos in the audience.
John: Uhh… Goodbye Honest Abe / Though I never knew you at all…
3. Elton, wearing a Donald Duck costume, leaps to Jamestown as John Smith.
